One more day has been added for fans to experience the “grand” concert of the ‘Nation’s Girl Group.’
On Saturday, August 31, amid clamor and high demand of tickets, ABS-CBN Star Music announced the addition of a third night for the upcoming ‘Grand Biniverse’ concert of phenomenal P-pop group Bini.
According to the music label, day 3 will happen on November 18, 2024, still at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.
The selling of day 3 passes will begin on Sunday, September 1 at 5:00 pm via Ticketnet offline and online outlets.
The news came out after tickets for the first two concert days, scheduled on November 16 and 17, 2024, became sold out within three hours on Friday, August 30.
That prompted Star Music to cancel the general selling that was supposed to happen on Saturday, August 31, leading to both demand for another day and backlash from fans of the group.
‘Grand Biniverse’ is the follow-up to the highly-successful sold-out three-night ‘Biniverse’ concert series, which was the group’s first solo major concert, that took place at the New Frontier Theater from June 28 to 30, 2024.
Aside from that, the concert series had also been brought to Baguio, Cebu, and General Santos this July, with upcoming shows in Canada yet to take place.
BINI is an 8-member group launched in 2021 composed of consisting of Aiah, Colet, Maloi, Gwen, Stacey, Mikha, Jhoanna, and Sheena.
They achieved phenomenal success this year, thanks to their successive hit singles ‘Pantropiko,’ ‘Salamin, Salamin,’ and the recently released song ‘Cherry On Top.’
Aside from the concert, BINI is also preparing to release separate albums for local and international audiences by the end of the year.
