The Filipino personalities are part of the magazine’s ‘Class of 2024’ list.

On Thursday, May 16, Forbes Asia published its annual ’30 Under 30′ lists for 2024, which recognizes young talents, entrepreneurs, and leaders from all over Asia and the Pacific regions.

There are 10 categories for the list, namely the Arts, Consumer Technology, Enterprise Technology, Entertainment and Sports, Healthcare and Science, Industry, Manufacturing and Energy, Media Marketing and Advertising, Retail and Ecommerce, and Social Impact.

Part of the 300 personalities in the ‘Class of 2024’ are 7 Filipinos from various fields.

They are rapper EZ Mil, content creators Abi Marquez (also known as ‘Lumpia Queen’) and Arshie Larga, Filipino internet archivist Chia Amisola, theater artist Joshua Serafin, Parallax co-founder Mikaela Helene Reyes, and Backscoop founder Amanda Cua.

Larga, who made it to the Media, Marketing and Advertising category, shared on his social media account his reaction to his inclusion to the ’30 Under 30′ list.

He thanked the person who nominated and considered him for the list, and his followers for supporting him.

“Noong sinimulan ko itong advocacy na ito, wala naman po akong ine-expect in return. Masaya na po ako na nagiging daan ako para makarating ‘yung tulong niyo sa mga taong dapat tulungan.”
