The country’s oldest professional basketball league is coming back soon.
On Sunday, November 5, the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) is returning to action after more than six months of inactivity. In season 48, the PBA will also hold three tournaments, starting with the Commissioner’s Cup.
But, as a brand new season kicks off, the PBA will also make a big move to a brand new home. Two weeks ago, it was officially announced that the live airing of its games on free TV will now be shown on the A2Z channel, with its former home TV5 now focusing solely on entertainment and news.
Despite ths move to A2Z, TV5’s sports division Sports5 will still be in charge of the overall production aspect of the PBA.
Hence, viewers can still follow the action on Kapatid platform like One Sports (catch-up broadcasts only), PBA Rush on Cignal TV and Cignal Play app, and the Pilipinas Live app.
