That is the question of Kathryn Bernardo’s character in her upcoming movie ‘A Very Good Girl’ with BAFTA and Golden Globe Best Supporting Actress nominee, and Cinemalaya 2023 Best Supporting Actress Dolly de Leon.
In the two minute trailer, viewers are given a new perspective from what was seen in the teaser trailer weeks ago.
This time, the juxtaposition of the relationship between Bernardo’s Philo and de Leon’s Molly is a clear highlight. Whereby, Philo takes in Molly as her ‘mother,’ with their lighter moments together taking a dark turn as the trailer progressed.
Meanwhile, the official poster was also unveiled on Wednesday.
Directed by Petersen Vargas, the film is written by Daniel Saniana, Jumbo Albano, and Marionne Mancol.
‘A Very Good Girl’ will be screened in cinemas across the country on September 27, 2023.
