“Tyang” will be guesting on GMA’s morning show ‘Unang Hirit’.
(JULY 17, 2023) Kapamilya host Amy Perez is making a rare guest appearance on the Kapuso morning show ‘Unang Hirit’ on Tuesday, July 18.
Perez’s guesting on the said program is a rare feat on local television as she formerly served as a host for various morning shows on GMA’s rival stations TV5 and ABS-CBN.
Most recently, she was an anchor for ABS-CBN TeleRadyo’s morning program ‘Sakto,’ until it ended its run last June 29.
Aside from ‘Unang Hirit,’ Tyang Amy first guested on the Monday episode of ‘Fast Talk with Boy Abunda’ on GMA-7.
There, she talked about how noontime shows make her feel young and even her personal life and her family.
Tyang Amy’s appearance on GMA shows is part of the promotional activities for the airing of the Kapamilya noontime show ‘It’s Showtime’ on the Kapuso channel GTV. The simulcast of the show began last July 1.
