An LPA has formed near Catanduanes in Southeastern Luzon.
(JULY 11, 2023) The cloud formation near Catanduanes in southeastern Luzon, has developed into a low pressure area on Tuesday.
According to PAGASA, the LPA was spotted at 575 km East of Virac, Catanduanes at 3:00 pm on Tuesday afternoon.
The LPA is forecasted to bring cloudy skies in areas in the Bicol Region, and the provinces of Samar, Eastern Samar, and Northern Samar.
Scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms are also possible.
