The dry season (a.k.a. summer) in the country is officially over.
(JUNE 2, 2023) On Friday, the local weather bureau PAGASA said that the rainy season has officially started. This news comes days after Super Typhoon Betty entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility and enhanced the Southwesternly Windflow, the precursor to the Southwest Monsoon or Hanging Habagat.
