Here is an update from PAGASA on Typhoon Betty.
(MAY 30, 2023) – Typhoon Betty continues to move over the sea near Batanes. Its center was last spotted 330 km East of Itbayat, Batanes. Betty packs winds of up to 130 kph and gustiness of up to 160 kph.
Signal #2 is up over the province of Batanes.
Signal #1 is raised over:
• Cagayan including Babuyan Islands
• Northern and eastern portions of Isabela
• Eastern portion of Ilocos Norte
• Apayao
• Northern portion of Kalinga
• Northeastern portion of Abra
