‘Betty’ update from PAGASA (May 28, 11:00 pm)

Typhoon Betty update, as of May 28, 2023 at 11:00 pm.

(MAY 28, 2023) – Typhoon Betty slightly weakened as it approached the landmass of the Philippines. According to PAGASA’s latest report, it has sustained winds of 155 kph, and gusts of 190 kph.

The center of typhoon Betty was spotted at a distance of 570 km, East of Tuguegarao, Cagayan. Betty’s movement speed also slowed down, which is now only 10 kph, while the Typhoon continues to move Westward.
