Moonbin, who showered other people with love, is remembered dearly by those who have worked with or have been close to him.
After the untimely passing of ASTRO member Moonbin on Wednesday, April 19, messages poured in on social media sites from fans, friends, and colleagues in the industry.
Here are the tributes from some of his bestfriends.
Seungkwan, a fellow 98-liner of Moonbin, followed the ASTRO member on Instagram.
iKON’s Chanwoo, meanwhile, shared a clip from a video of him with Bin during their childhood years, with a caption “Bin-ah, don’t get sick there, and let’s be happy.”
IMFACT’s Ungjae, another 98-liner bestfriend of Moonbin, also remembered the late ASTRO member through an Instagram post.
SF9’s Chani, who was also a trainee in Moonbin and ASTRO’s label Fantagio back in the day, shared some photos of him with Bin.
Actress Moon Gayoung, who was also a contemporary child actor of Moonbin, also posted a few photos on her Instagram account. Along with that, she shared a message “every moment from when we started until I looked up to you beyond my height is clear.”
Moonbin’s colleagues in the industry have also shared kind words for Bin.
TVXQ’s Yunho said through an Instagram story that “I will never forget the way you smile and shining so brightly. I pray you are at peace and happy there.” Moonbin portrayed the “mini-Yunho” in the 2006 TVXQ music video for their song ‘Balloons’.
SHINee’s Key and Taemin have also dedicated their respective personal messages for Moonbin, who is also known to be a Shawol or a fan of SHINee.
TV shows ‘M Countdown’, ‘Boys Planet’, ‘Music Bank’, and ‘Music Core’ are some of the programs that paid tribute to Bin.
ASTRO’s Moonbin passed away on Wednesday at the age of 25. He was sent off to his final resting place yesterday, April 22.
