In 2024, the group left their former agency, IST Entertainment, and moved to ONE HUNDRED. However, it would soon lead to a rocky situation for the team, which saw the departure of Ju Haknyeon in 2025 and an ensuing legal battle with the agency.

In April, a Seoul court supported the members’ decision to suspend their contract with ONE HUNDRED, effectively terminating the contracts of the nine members, with the exception of another member, New.

Last August, they formally announced their intention to move forward as a nine-member team, with each of the members signing up individually with other labels thereafter.

Meanwhile, in June 2026, Jacob released his debut solo digital EP called J.
