With the format returning for another competition among the wackiest comedians in the country.
With cast members of the latest season spanning different generations, the cast members of the comedy-reality show LOL: Last One Laughing Philippines Season 2 were asked whether there were struggles in delivering jokes for each other.
Donna Cariaga admitted that she had restraint in going full out with her own tactics out of respect.
“Pero kaming lahat, isa lang naman ang goal, which is ‘yung isang milyon,” she said.
As for James Caraan, he felt that as a relative newcomer in the comedy scene, he is thankful for senior co-stars who helped the younger ones set up their own sketches in the game.
“Ang ganda, parang naging (improvization) ‘yung buong season,” the KoolPals podcast host added.
Charuth also feels happy to represent the digital comedy creators, while Chariz Solomon also expressed that senior stars brought their A-game and competed against the younger ones head-on.
Vice Ganda also said that comedians from different eras must also adapt to each other in order to understand their references. But, they should also have a way to get away from the original joke in a funny way.
Meanwhile, the host also said that she learned a lot from hosting her own game shows, which made her work relatively easier this season.
Meanwhile, other comedians also shared their threats to their game strategies.
Esnyr also conveyed that he is honored, as a Gen Z personality, to be included in the roster of comedians in the show.
