The “Most Beautiful Day in the Universe” is happening real soon.
On Tuesday, October 27, Philippine media giant ABS-CBN officially released the teaser for the upcoming Miss Universe competition.
The 75th edition of the globally-renowned beauty pageant will take place at the Jose Miguel Agrelot Coliseum in San Juan, Puerto Rico on November 24 (Tuesday, local time).
In the Philippines, that will fall on November 25 (Wednesday), with the Kapamilya network carrying the full show that will see Miss Universe Philippines 2026 Bea Millan-Windorski vie for the Philippines’ rather elusive fifth crown.
Viewers in the country can watch the spectacle live at 8:00 am on free TV via ABS-CBN sa ALLTV2 and A2Z, pay TV channels Kapamilya Channel and Metro Channel, as well as stream the event live via iWant.
Other information, such as repeat telecasts, are expected to be announced in the coming days.
It was back in 2025 when ABS-CBN renewed its multi-year deal with the Miss Universe Organization for the broadcast and streaming rights of the pageant in the Philippines.
Meanwhile, the 75th Miss Universe is also happening in the midst of the major controversy surrounding the major pageant as its management has been caught in the crossfire of two factions: the one led by Raul Rocha Cantu and other side that includes Miss Grand International owner Nawat Itsaragrisil.
Recently, six countries whose license are under MGI — Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Laos — announced that they have decided to not participate after previously being declared ineligible by the other camp.
Although, MGI assetted that the non-participation “must not be construed as a voluntary withdrawal from the contractual relationship, an abandonment of MGI’s franchise rights, or acceptance of the position asserted in the public statement concerning the six territories.”
According to the company, it continues to maintain its contractual rights and expressly preserves the continuation, extension and exercise of those rights in accordance with the applicable contractual arrangements.
