She is the second model of Filipino descent to ever grace the show.
On Monday, October 19 (Manila time), the annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show took place in Los Angeles, California.
The star-studded affair saw the participations of Kendall Jenner—who has strut down the runway for the first time, and musical performances from KATSEYE, Megan Moroney, Megan Thee Stallion, and Tate McRae.
Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray is also present at the show as a special guest, joining the rest of the audience.
But the Philippines is truly well-represented at the event as Filipina-Irish model Christina Nadin was chosen as one of the VS Angels, or the models who walked down the runway.
In a social media post before the show, she shared: “Swcret’s out. Mum, I’m walking the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.”
During the show, she wore a bright pink bra that was accentuated by her mettalic jacket and other accessories that she had on her.
Christina’s walk marks the second time that a model of Filipina descent joined the fashion show, with Kelley Meritt being the first to do the stint in 2018.
