Following a temporary seasonal suspension.

Following a temporary seasonal suspension.

On Tuesday, September 29, the New NAIA Infra Corp. (NNIC), which operates the the country’s main gateway at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), announced that the French flag carrier Air France is resuming its direct, nonstop services between Paris and the Philippine capital, Manila.

“The return of the service gives passengers a direct connection between NAIA Terminal 3 and Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport, making travel between the Philippines and France more convenient while providing another nonstop link to Europe ahead of the holiday season,” the operator said in its announcement.

In the schedule provided by the NNIC, flights will be restored on October 19, with the first outbound flight, AF 248, from Paris-Charles de Gaulle (CDG) departing at 11:20 pm (local time) to arrive at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL) at 6:45 pm (local time).

The return flight to Paris, AF 249, will then depart on the same evening, with the schedule being 8:55 pm (local time) and will arrive at the French capital at 5:50 am (the following day, local time).

These times will also be in effect on October 21, 2026.

Meanwhile, on October 24, it will be slightly adjusted, with the CDG-MNL leg leaving at 11:20 pm (local time) to arrive at 6:45 pm (local time), while the MNL-CDG service will depart at 9:40 pm (local time) and arrive at 5:35 am (the following day, local time).

Effective October 27, 2026 to March 25, 2027, the three times weekly service will have a fixed schedule. AF 208 (CDG-MNL) will leave Paris at 11:20 pm (local time) and land in Manila at 7:40 pm (local time). AF 209 (MNL-CDG), meanwhile, will leave Manila at 9:45 pm (local time) to arrive in Paris at 6:00 am (the following day, local time).

It will be operated using a 324-seater Airbus A350-900, which has been configured with 34 Business seats, 24 Premium Economy, and 266 in Economy.

It was originally relaunched in December 2024, but was suspended earlier this year due to the seasonal break—which also coincided with the shortage in jet fuel and sharp increase in oil prices due to the US-Iran War.
