Recently, Solaire Resort Entertainment City and Solaire Resort Quezon City were declared Certified by Great Place To Work—a global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and leadership practices that drive employee retention, innovation, and business performance.

Every year, more than 10,000 companies across 60 countries apply to get Great Place To Work-Certified. Now, both integrated resorts have been conferred the recognition.

Sarah Lewis-Kulin, the Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place To Work noted that the recognition is a “highly coveted achievement” that requires “consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience.”

She also emphasizes that Certification is the sole official recognition earned by the real-time feedback of employees regarding their company culture.

By successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that Solaire Resort stands out as one of the top companies to work for, providing a great workplace environment for its employees,” added Lewis-Kulin.

For Sarci Razon, VP for Strategic Development and Special Projects, Metro Manila Region, the  recognition reflects an ongoing commitment to cultivating a workplace where team members can be well-equipped and inspired to thrive.

“Solaire Resort proudly welcomes this Great Place To Work Certification, as it reflects our dedication to our team members. According to the company, their employees have a line-up of comprehensive benefits that include health, nutrition, transportation, and other special perks that it says help “promote the well-being, development, and sense of belonging of Solaire’s team members.”
