As speculations continued to grow in the past months after she was neither seen nor tagged in previous posts by her friends.
At the press conference of her upcoming film with Maricel Soriano entitled Life After You, actress-filmmaker Bela Padilla was asked by members of the media regarding the status of her friendship with fellow celebrities Angelica Panganiban and Kim Chiu.
Together, the three of them were known as the trio AngBeKi and were previously seen present in each other’s life and professional milestones.
However, speculations grew in the past few months after Bela was not spotted during Kim’s birthday dinner and was also not tagged by Angelica in a mid-year gratitude post she made in July.
In response, Bela politely said: “I won’t talk about it muna. Thank you.”
Meanwhile, she was also questioned regarding her rumored boyfriend, Martin Tan. To which, she replied: “Hindi pa jowa e, parang getting to know pa lang.”
Bela and Martin were first seen together during pet lifestyle clinic’s opening and again at the staging of People, Places, and Things in Makati City.
Recently, the actress-filmmaker portrayed the character of Lara in the ABS-CBN series Blood Vs. Duty, which ran from April to July 2026.
Meanwhile, her upcoming film, Life After You, will premiere in theaters on September 9.
