New music from the singer.
On Wednesday, August 19, Korean singer MJ, a member of the boy band ASTRO, unveiled his newest single album entitled Right?
The said record carries two tracks, with the main one being the song 1-10, 1분 전 (9에서 멈췄어) [English literal translation: 1-10, 1 Minute Before (Stopped at 9)], which is also known as Ghosting.
As for the other one, it is titled ただいま (다녀왔어) (Tadaima).
In conjunction with its release, the 32-year-old K-pop vocalist published a music video for the lead single featuring labelmate Choi Yoojung, together with Kim Gyeongtae, and Oh Taegeun.
The said video runs for two minutes and 58 seconds and marks MJ’s reunion with Yoojung, whom he previously worked with for ASTRO’s music video for the 2016 single Breathless.
MJ entered the industry back in 2016 upon the debut of ASTRO, which also comprised five other members: Jinjin, Cha Eunwoo, Moonbin, Rocky, and Sanha.
In 2021, he venture branched out by becoming the first soloist in the group. Then, he released two songs titled Get Set Yo and Valet Parking.
He also made a K-pop record by becoming the first idol to ever win for a trot song in The Trot Show.
Aside from those, he also former a sub-unit with the team leader Jinjin called Zoonizini and the duo debuted in August 2025. They also later visited Manila in October of that same year for a fan meeting.
