She is the country’s second-ever queen in the said pageant.
In a post on her Instagram account, Miss Supranational 2026 Katrina Llegado shared a special message dedicated to her parents and support system, two weeks after she won the pageant last August 1 (Manila time).
“A million dreams in my heart, but none of them were ever mine alone,” the 28-year-old opened her letter. “Every step, every sacrifice, every beautiful moment has been shared with the people who believed, stayed, and dreamed alongside me. This journey is ours.“
Meanwhile, prior to this, her official portraits as the reigning Miss Supranational queen was also unveiled by the organization.
Katrina is the second Filipina winner of the pageant, following Mutya Datul in 2013.
She is no stranger to pageantry as before becoming the country’s Miss Supranational national titleholder, she also represented the Philippines in the Reina Hispanoamericana in 2019 and ended as that edition’s fifth runner-up.
Llegado also competed in both Miss Universe Philippines 2022, finishing as its second-runner up, and joined the Top 6 in the 2025 edition—when she later got appointed as Miss Supranational Philippines.
