In an Instagram post on Saturday, May 30, Kapuso actress Carla Abellana shared some clips from her honeymoon trip with non-showbiz husband and doctor Reginald Santos.
The couple, who tied the knot back in December, jetted off all the way to Europe for this special trip for them as newlyweds.
In the two-minute reel, Carla showed snippets of their pre-departure process at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport and stopover in the Middle East.
She then brought her followers along to scenic spots in Paris, France, where they first landed, such as the iconic Arc de Triomphe, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Eiffel Tower.
They then hopped on a train to Zurich, Switzerland and headed to Englgberg, where they rode the cable car to experience the Swiss Alps firsthand, and the equally picturesque town of Luzerne.
Their romance was made known to the public in July 2025, when Abellana soft-launched their relationship through an Instagram post.
In late September, the actress appeared on GMA’s Fast Talk With Boy Abunda, where she confirmed her new romantic ties with Santos.
During their wedding, Carla and Reginald revealed in their wedding reel that they were former classmates in high school and dated for a short while before parting ways — only to meet again more than two decades later.
