She covered a song that he used to like.
On Sunday, April 19, Moon Sua of the group Billlie took to social media to share a touching tribute to her late older brother and fellow K-pop star Moonbin of ASTRO.
This, as the day marked the third anniversary since the untimely passing of the singer-performer at the age of 25 back in 2023.
On YouTube, Sua uploaded her cover of Christopher’s 2019 song Moments, which has since garnered comments from fans who are also missing “Bin,” most specially today.
Meanwhile, on her Instagram account, Sua shared a portrait that included an illustration of her photo with Moonbin.
In the caption, she wrote, “Long time no see, my brother. I wonder what song I came up with this time?“
“While thinking about it, I wanted to choose a song that has memories of my brother. You used to like this song. I liked the lyrics too,” Sua explained why she decided to cover the song.
The K-pop idol also expressed her message for her sibling and said, “What do I want to say? I wish my true feelings were conveyed. The weather just got a lot warmer. Also, I’m working hard on my comeback and this is my first full album!”
“If you look at something, I think you will give me a lot of feedback. I’m going hard thinking you watching Compliment me when you meet me ok?” she added.
To conclude her letter, Sua wrote: “I miss and love you so much.“
