The annual event has been placed under indefinite hiatus.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, March 17, organizers of the Wanderland Music and Arts Festival has responded to queries from fans and concertgoers about the status of its show this year.
The team wrote, “We’ve gotten your messages asking about Wanderland, and with March in full swing, we want to share with you that Wanderland Music & Arts Festival will not be happening in 2026.“
The said festival, which had been held annually from 2013, with the exception of the COVID-19 pandemic years of 2020 to 2022, was usually staged in the month of March.
“For a decade, March has always been our time to wander together. By the time January rolled in, our team would already be swept up, living and breathing every little detail for Wanderland. And for you, it was something to look forward to; the start of summer where you and your friends reunited to continue yearly traditions,” the statement continued.
For them, they have witnessed strangers become “Wanderbuddies” as their dream acts light up the Wanderland stage, which also hosted new artists and other Wanderstories to be made in real time.
“So while we choose to dim the W light, we want to highlight that Wanderland has always been more than just a music festival—it was you, our Wanderland Community, that made every edition so special,” continued the organizers.
To conclude their message, they expressed gratitude to everyone who have suppoerted them over the years.
“Thank you for making it a home for good music and good people. Like many Wanderlands before, there will always be a next one… this one’s just going to take a little bit longer. Until we wander again.”
