The company operates a network of educational institutions around the country.
In its disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, dated March 5, STI Education Systems Holdings, Inc. registered a net income after tax of PHP11.08 billion in the first half of its fiscal year, which it says is up by 18% from the PHP912.2 million it recorded in the same period last year.
According to the company, which owns of one of the largest networks of private schools in the Philippines, its first half ending December 2025 saw its gross revenues rise to PHP2.83 billion—8% higher than the PHP2.63 billion logged the year prior.
STI Holdings alsp reported that its total enrollment for the school year (SY) 2025-2026 reached 132,941, which saw a slight decline from the previous school year’s 139,155 enrollees.
The company attributed this dip to the early start of classes in public junior and senior high schools, which began on June 16, 2025—a whole month and half aheaf of the July 28 opening date for STI Education Services Group (STI ESG) and STI West Negros University (STI WNU).
Enrollment in tertiary programs, meanwhile, climbed to 102,407 from the 101,256 registered in the previous school year.
The number of students enrolled in Commission on Higher Education (CHED)-regulated programs who opted to remain in the Group’s school network this school year increased to 73,421 students, 14% more than the number of continuing students in SY 2024-2025 at 64,429, furthered the educational company.
Onto its specific schools, STI WNU in Bacolod City, registered a 3% increase in enrollment that saw its student population increase to 14,890 in the current school year.
The Philippine School of Business Administration (PSBA), whose schools are managed by STI ESG, also posted a significant increase of 45% to 1,583 enrollees, compared to 1,095 the school year before.
The iACADEMY, which is known for its specialized programs in Computing, Business, and Design and have campuses located in Makati and Cebu, recorded 1,899 enrollees for the current school year.
As per its statement, it said, “STI Holdings stays committed to producing job-ready graduates by adopting specialized platforms for cybersecurity and computer-aided design for its Criminology and Information and Communication Technology programs, as well as Adobe Creative Cloud licenses for its Multimedia Arts program.“
“This initiative. prepares students for industry-aligned certifications, aimed at further increasing competitiveness in the modern workforce,” underscored the company.
“Furthermore, various projects such as the design and set-up of a new enrollment system, installation of solar panels, and continuous improvement of facilities highlight the group’s focus on providing students with a rich and meaningful learning experience,” it also told.
