The much-anticipated series is finally here.
On Saturday, February 21, the live action adaptation of the online novel Project Loki of writer AKOSIIBARRA began streaming on two platforms.
Starring Dylan Menor in the titular lead role Loki Mendez, Jayda Avanzado as Lorelei Rios, and Marco Gallo as Luther Mendez, the mystery-suspense drama simultaneously premiered on Viva One and Cignal Play.
The original premise, as shared by the writer himself on the webnovel platform Wattpad, revolves around “mystery, murder, and mayhem.”
“Lorelei never thought that she would be dragged into the world of mysteries. After crossing paths with the cold and mysterious Loki and being coerced to join th Q.E.D club, her high school life has never been the same. Join the partners in crime as they unravel the threads of mysteries, unmask evil intentions and put together the pieces of the puzzle in their adventures,” it furthered.
Aside from the trio, also confirmed for this series are Yumi Garcia, Martin Veñegas, Kurt Delos Reyes, Candy Pangilinan, Jao Mapa, Michael Keith, Joanna Lara, Love Yauco, Iven Lim, Eric Ejercito, and Ashley Diaz, among others.
The series is directed by actor-filmmaker Xian Lim, with one episode weekly dropping on both Viva One and Cignal Play every Saturday.
