The K-pop star made sure to enjoy her stay in the country.
On Saturday, February 21, Korean actress-singer Kim Sejeong headlines her latest fan meeting in the Philippines.
Entitled Tenth Letter, the show is being held in celebration of her first decade in the industry with her Filipino fans.
The event, which takes place at the New Frontier Theater in Quezon City, also marks her return to the country after visiting twice in 2023, with the first being for her The Door fan meeting at the same venue in October that year, and the other being the Asia Artist Awards at the Philippine Arena in December of the same year.
Prior to the main event on Saturday night, the 29-year-old went took her time out in the sun by having a splash on a swimming pool and embarking on a tour around the venue’s location.
In the photos she had posted on Friday, she was seen exploring Farmer’s Market, where she even bought fruits and tried out some ice cream to beat the daytime heat.
Sejeong debuted in 2016 through the Mnet survival show Produce 101, where she was ranked second and became part of the project group I.O.I. that was active between 2016 and 2017.
Concurrent to that, she also became a member of gugudan until the group’s eventual disbandment in 2020.
She also released that same year her first solo extended play called Plant, which was followed by I’m in 2021 and her first solo album, Door, in 2023.
As an actress, Sejeong was also casted in several television series, such as School 2017, Business Proposal, and both seasons of The Uncanny Counter.
Last this November, she starred alongside Kang Tae-oh in the drama series Moon River.
