The Aces of P-pop have revealed their newest track.
On Thursday, February 19, Filipino boy band BGYO revealed their newest single entitled Fresh. According to the description put up by the team in their music video, Fresh is “all about being unapologetically confident and authentic.”
Through which, the quinitet, comprising of Gelo, JL, Akira, Mikki, and Nate, is exploring a new hip-hop sound, and deliver “the smoothest and coolest empowerment anthem yet – proving that nothing is fresher than simply being yourself.”
The music video, which was uploaded on the same day, has since amassed over 46,000 views on YouTube, as of this writing.
This track marks their first music release this year. It follows their prior comeback with the extended play entitled Headlines last September, which carried the namesake single, as well as songs like All These Ladies and Aloe Vera.
In October 2025, the group also held their first major solo concert at the New Frontier Theater in Quezon City.
Meanwhile, they have been confirmed to be participating in the D.U.N.K. Showcase in Yokohama, Japan, where they join the slate of artists that also include fellow Filipino acts SB19 and Cup Of Joe.
BGYO was soft-launched back in 2020 as SHA Boys, having been formed through the Star Hunt Academy of ABS-CBN prior to the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The following year, in January 2021, they made their official debut alongside the release of their first single, The Light.
Since then, they have dropped songs like He’s Into Her, When I’m With You, The Baddest, Tumitigil Ang Mundo, and Gigil, among others.
