A collaboration between the two music personalities.
Last Friday, February 13, Kapamilya actress-singer Maris Racal released the music video for her latest single entitled Sino Ang Tanga.
The lyrics and the accompanying narrative sees Racal navigate a breakup from her standpoint, including the question that is “who is the fool” that she became to be in that failed relationship.
Joining her in the three-minute-long clip is Gian Bernardino, one of the vocalists of the hitmaking original Filipino music band Cup of Joe, who portrayed as her leading man in the video that has since crossed 100,000 views on YouTube.
Prior to this, the duo broke local internet after they posted photos together in the leadup to Valentine’s Day, which sparked curiosity among fans.
Although, that was later clarified with the release of the MV, as well as Maris’ guest appearance in Gian’s G On Top podcast.
This is the latest collaboration for the two of them, with Racal having teamed up with BGYO’s Gelo Rivera in the past for the music video of her 2023 single Carelessly.
Meanwhile, Bernardino and the rest of Cup of Joe have worked with SB19’s Justin de Dios and BINI’s Jhoanna Robles in the MV of their 2024 hit Misteryoso.
