She is set to return to the country for another night of music.
Through a poster that was revealed on Wednesday, February 4, events organizer Wilbros Live officially announced a new show that will be headlined by Filipina-American singer Jessica Sanchez.
The America’s Got Talent season 20 champion is set to stage her major solo concert in the country, which will be held at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City on May 16, 2026.
According to the company, passes will go on sale beginning Sunday, February 15 at 12:00 noon via the TicketNet physical outlets and website.
At present, further details, such as the seat map and ticket prices have yet to be publicized.
This concert will mark her return to the Philippines after joining the star-studded New Year’s countdown event at Newport World Resorts last December 31.
Prior to which, she also paid a courtesy visit to President Bongbong Marcos and First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos on December 30.
Sanchez won the twentieth season of America’s Got Talent just weeks before giving birth. It was the same talent show that she originally joined during its inaugural season in 2006, but lost the first time around.
Aside from that, in 2012, she also participated in the 11th season of another popular reality competition, American Idol, where she ultimately ended up as that edition’s runner-up—the highest placement for any Filipino-American contestant in the said reality program to date.
Following that, she was able to bag several projects, such as playing the character Frida Romero in the TV series Glee and her collaboration with Ne-Yo for the song Tonight.
