The company is looking for talented individuals that will join their growing team.
In a post on its official website and social media pages, 1Z Entertainment announced that it is now “actively seeking” the next set of talented individuals that will join its training pool.
It continued, “This is your chance to work closely with experienced artists and mentors, participate in exciting workshops and training sessions!“
According to their listing, they are looking for dancers, singers, rappers, and visual artists as their next batch of trainees.
“At 1Z Entertainment, we believe in nurturing talent and fostering creativity. As an artist trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the entertainment industry, develop your skills, and create amazing works of art alongside like-minded individuals who share the same passion,” they furthered.
As per the list of qualifications ages of 15 to 25 years old is their “priority” at the moment, with gender and ethnicity having no bearing—as long as they have the artistic ability and passion, as well as a positive mindset and a willingness to learn and grow. Moreover, they are ready to engage fully in workshops and training under the company.
For the audition, interested parties are asked to submit a filled-out online form; a one-minute dance routine (RAW video only, no edit/filters); and a one-minute vocal (sing or rap) routine (RAW video only, no edit/filters). The application period has been set for January 9 to 23 2026.
After the initial screening, a face-to-face audition will be held with all those pasisng through the first phase subject for further performance reviews and interviews.
Lastly, the final deliberation will be conducted by the audition team and the auditionees that will make the final cut will sign a contract with the company.
1Z Entertainment is notably the home to the P-pop group SB19, which is composed of members Josh, Stell, Pablo, Ken, and Josh.
