Korean singer-songwriter El Capitxn holds concerts in Manila, Bacolod

He is in the country for two shows.

Over the weekend, Korean singer-songwriter and producer El Capitxn will be gracing two concert venues in the Philippines.

The 32-year-old headlines a pair of shows in the country under his first world tour, entitled Who Killed El?.

The first already took place at the SM North EDSA Skydome in Quezon City on Friday December 12, while the next one will be at the SM SkyHall in Bacolod City on Sunday, December 14.

In both shows, El Capitxn is expected to play the song Dear My Friend, which he co-wrote and co-produced with BTS member Suga.

That track is one of his collaboration with the K-pop superstar, who happens to be his close friend as well, as they have worked together on D-2 and D-DAY albums.

Meanwhile, other notable works of the singer-songwriter, who is also known by his former stage name J.Pearl of the band HISTORY, are IU’s eight (which also featured Suga), PSY’s That That, Tomorrow X Together’s Anti-Romantic, Sunmi’s Noir, and most recently, AHOF’s debut song Rendezvous.

This year, he also collaborated with Baekhyun and Umi for the song Do What You Do.
