In a post on her Instagram account, actress Jodi Sta. Maria shared images from her recent trip to another Southeast Asian country, Myanmar. In her caption, she wrote: “Booked Myanmar last minute and it was an unforgottable adventure.”
Images that she uploaded include her visits to the temples, market, other sites, and even the local food in the country.
Meanwhile, in the replies section of the said post, she received not only reactions from her fans and followers, but also queries from other people looking to see Myanmar for themselves.
One asked about her itinerary, where Jodi revealed that she went on a seven-day tour across the historic capital Yangon, as well as Mandalay and Bagan.
Another user’s concern was regarding safety, noting that there is an ongoing political unrest in the country. According to the Kapamilya actress, “many tourist places are generally safe to visit, but there are some na may restrictions.”
She also said, in response to a different person, “should you want to visit Myanmar, better book your trip with a reliable travel agency or tour operator.”
Her visit to Myanmar comes after her recent work trip to South Korea, where she filmed an upcoming TV5 reality show with Korean actor Ji Chang Wook, Filipino chef JP Anglo, and other local stars like Janella Salvador, Arci Muñoz, and Francine Diaz.
