Walang Pasok: Class and work suspensions on Friday, November 28, 2025

These announcements come after torrential rains and flooding affect a number of towns and cities across the Philippines.

The following cities and towns have suspended classes or directed the move to alternative delivery modes, such as online/hybrid learning setup, on Friday, November 28, 2025.

In some areas, work in government offices, with the exception of vital services, have likewise been suspended for the day.

These announcements come after torrential rains and flooding affect a number of towns and cities across the Philippines.

For cities and towns that have suspended face-to-face classes, the shift to modular or online class set-up will/might be implemented. Please refer to school-based instructions for further and relevant guidance.

NO FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES AT ALL LEVELS (public and private)

  • Enrile, Cagayan
  • Cauayan City, Isabela
  • Baco, Occidental Mindoro

NO CLASSES FROM PRESCHOOL/KINDERGRATEN TO SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL (public and private)

  • Ballesteros, Cagayan
  • Sto. Tomas, Isabela

NO FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES FROM KINDERGRATEN TO SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL (public and private)

  • Tuguegarao City (including Alternative Learning System)

NO WORK IN GOVERNMENT OFFICES

  • Apayao
