The following cities and towns have suspended classes or directed the move to alternative delivery modes, such as online/hybrid learning setup, on Friday, November 28, 2025.
In some areas, work in government offices, with the exception of vital services, have likewise been suspended for the day.
These announcements come after torrential rains and flooding affect a number of towns and cities across the Philippines.
For cities and towns that have suspended face-to-face classes, the shift to modular or online class set-up will/might be implemented. Please refer to school-based instructions for further and relevant guidance.
