The Nation’s Girl Group is celebrating the first anniversary of their partnership with the brand.
Recently, members of the P-pop group BINI flew all the way to Davao to grace the event set up by Filipino fashion retail giant Penshoppe.
The said program, which was held on October 25 and 26, was part of the launching events for the company’s latest collection called Cozy Days Ahead.
Coincidentally, it also marked the team’s first anniversary as endorsers of the brand, having been introduced as the faces of Penshoppe through Icons in late 2024.
In their interview, leader Jhoanna reflected on their journey with the clothing brand. “‘Yung relationship po namin with Penshoppe feels like family talaga. Kasi po, kami ng BINI, gusto po namin kapag may nakaka-work kami na brand, ‘yung same kami ng values po and we share the same values—[‘yung] authenticity and confidence.“
She furthered, “And sa lahat po ng naka-work po naming brands, this is one of those na partnerships where everything just flows naturally kasi the brand really believes in what we do and who we are,” adding that Penshoppe has supported them and their growth as a team.
Meanwhile, Mikha shared the similarity between their growing fandom, Blooms, and Club Penshoppe.
“It’s amazing to see how both communities are growing,” she said. “We see how Penshoppe has also been so supportive with all of our fanbases. With Club Penshoppe, we are able to communicate with artists and have campaigns with them.“
For Aiah, she thought of Penshoppe’s ability to listen to the community and artists as its main difference to other brands.
“Because of that, by making us feel seen and heard, we also feel confident and comfortable kaya maraming gustong maging part ng family,” the member continued.
Colet then shared that she is able to relate to the theme of Cozy Days Ahead, which invites people to take a break and unwind as the year-end holidays near.
She shared, “Sa panahon po ngayon, kahit ang pag-pause, sobrang hindi siya madaling gawin. So lately po, I’ve been learning to slow down, appreciate po ‘yung slow moments and mag-reconnect. ‘Yun po ‘yung… sinusubukan kong i-practice everyday.”
The P-pop star also said that the collection also reflects her current era, where she focuses on being authentic.
Gwen then recalled her unforgettable moments of being with other Club Penshoppe members, teasing the upcoming collection that the fashion brand has in store for the Christmas season.
“‘Dun mas nakapag-interact, nakapag-usap with the other artists and medyo nakapag-bonding during the shoot. Sobrang amazing to be able to work with these amazing artists and hindi ito magiging possible [without] Penshoppe, so we’re very grateful.”
The members were all in unison about how that shoot with other endorsers became a fun time for them.
As for Maloi, she enticed fans by adding more details about their shoot, telling that they should watch out for it and see the personalities that will join them in the said collection.
“This is gonna be the first time na makikita nila kami in one photo. So, wala rin silang idea kung sino talaga ‘yung makakasama namin doon sa upcoming campaign,” told the 23-year-old performer.
“Ang ganda kasi ang humanizing niya, as well as ang saya na makita ‘yung mga favorites mo or ‘yung mga ‘di mo ine-expect na artists… in one frame. So, excited kami na mailabas itong campaign na ito,” said Maloi as she teased a new song.
Aiah also shared that in light of recent disasters that struck the country, including the major earthquake in the Davao region, there have been initiatives of the brand to help out the victims of these calamities.

The members then went one-by-one to share their favorite pieces from the brand.

Sheena: Pants, but mostly cargo and baggy.
Mikha: Flared pants like the one she wore in the Icons music video.
Colet: Oversized shirts and terno, such as the one that she wore for the summer collection.

Gwen: Basic shirts that she can use during their trainings
WHAT IS A ‘COZY DAY’ FOR THEM?
For Gwen, she noted that being a certified home buddy that likes to chill inside the house herself, it would be one where she is able to enjoy watching movies the entire day.
Maloi then described it to be a “picnic at the park,” adding that she frequently visits one these days to bike and read.
Meanwhile, Stacey narrated that it would be the latter days of the year, when the weather is gloomy, watching a movie, and drinking hot chocolate.
Colet thought of it as inviting friends to her home to catch up, eat, watch films or even hold a karaoke session.
Mikha told that it would be going out of the country for her and enjoying the cold weather, as well as doing similar activities with Colet and Maloi.
Sheena, for her part, said that it would be staying in bed the entire day, cooking her comfort food (bacon, egg, and rice or spam, egg, and rice), and watching Korean dramas or Drag Race, and spending time with her cats.
Leader Jhoanna then took the opportunity to subtly share about her latest venture, a coffee shop, by saying that she would do café hopping in places that offer nice views with her family on her cozy days.
Last, but not the least, Aiah disclosed that it would be doing her hobbies or going on a personal travel, which give her the sense of coziness in the midst of all the chaos.
