On Wednesday, October 15, the annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show took place in New York City, USA.
The said affair was a star-studded one, as aside from seeing supermodels Gigi and Bella Hadid, Adriana Lima, and Candice Swanepoel walk the ramp, the line-up of performers was equally stellar.
The all-female line-up included Missy Elliott, Karol G, Madison Beer, and for the first time, K-pop group TWICE, who was represented by members Nayeon, Jihyo, Tzuyu, and Momo.
The group, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary this month, performed their recent hit songs ‘This Is For’ and ‘Strategy.’
In a post, the four members expressed their gratitude for having been invited into the show and wrote, “What a night! Thank you to everyone who made this moment so special—it was pure magic!“
It was last Friday, October 10, when the nine-member group released their special album titled TEN: The Story Goes On.
Featured as the lead single of the said album, which was released in celebration of their 10th anniversary, is the song ‘ME+YOU.’
Even earlier this month, on October 4, they returned to the Philippines for the staging of their This Is For world tour series in Bocaue, Bulacan, although Jeongyeon had to skip the show due to health reasons.
TWICE comprises of Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu, and is known for their hit singles like ‘Cheer Up,’ ‘TT,’ ‘LIKEY,’ ‘Heartshaker,’ and ‘Yes Or Yes.’
