She is set to return to her dramatic roots on the small screen.
Through a short video posted on its social media accounts, ABS-CBN production unit Dreamscape Entertainment announced an exciting project which will star Asia’s Superstar, Kathryn Bernardo.
In the clip, the actress was seen preparing for something when someone called her on the set, with Kath replying, “ready?” and finished preparing herself for a pictorial.
“The wait is over. SHE IS BACK AND READY. The Asia’s Superstar, Kathryn Bernardo is now ready for her grandest comeback with Dreamscape Entertainment. COMING SOON!“, the caption for the said post read.
The video has generated buzz online, with the Instagram upload alone garnering over 10,000 likes as of writing.
Kathryn’s upcoming project with Dreamscape will mark her return to television drama after the romantic series ‘2 Good 2 Be True’ in 2022.
Moreover, this will also be her first work with the Kapamilya production group in over a decade, with her last being the top-rated remake of ‘Mara Clara’ in 2010.
Since then, she was mostly handled by the Star Creatives group, which was responsible for the likes of ‘Princess And I,’ ‘Got To Believe,’ ‘Pangako Sa’Yo,’ and ‘La Luna Sangre’.
Meanwhile, the new TV series will also be her next assignment after the billion-peso blockbuster movie ‘Hello, Love, Again’ in late 2024 and her stint as a judge in the seventh season of the reality show ‘Pilipinas Got Talent,’ which ended its run last June.
