Over nine months since making their official debut in the music scene.
On Tuesday, April 30, female pop group Katseye officially made their first-ever comeback in their almost one-year-long run as a musical act.
The six-member team, composed of Sophia, Lara, Daniela, Yoonchae, Manon, and Megan, released the official music video for their latest single, ‘Gnarly,’ on the said day.
The two-minute-and-twenty-second-long video has since been viewed over 3.5 million times since it was published on YouTube.
KATSEYE was formed through the survival program ‘Dream Academy’ in 2023.
In August 2024, they dropped their extended play titled ‘SIS (Soft Is Strong),’ which carried the singles ‘Debut’ and ‘Touch.’
The following month, in September, the band visited the country for the first time for their fan showcase event in Taguig.
They also made a number of media appearances, such on national TV via the daily noontime variety program ‘It’s Showtime‘ and through Wish 107.5 on radio.
