In a Facebook post dated June 28, 2023 of a certain priest named Frankie Mabanta, he revealed that Kapamilya star Erich Gonzales and her husband, businessman Mateo Lorenzo, are now proud parents to their son.
“Accompanying the family in the Christian faith through the sacraments. Today, I baptized Jose Mateo,” part of the post read.
The priest also noted that he was the one who baptized Mateo in 1992, as well as his parents’ wedding in 1989.
After the photo resurfaced on social media, online users were stunned about the news, as Erich has been inactive in the showbiz scene since her marriage came into light in 2022.
Since then, there had been sparse updates in her Instagram account, with the most-recent being her visit to the clinic of celebrity dermatologist, Dr. Aivee Aguilar Teo.
At the moment, Erich has not yet commented on the matter.
