This, as the show is set to debut its special celebrity edition this weekend.
On Friday, March 7, GMA’s top-rating afternoon game show ‘Family Feud’ aired a special episode featuring the hosts and former contestants of ‘Pinoy Big Brother.’
On the left side of the bench, ‘PBB: Celebrity Collab’ was represented by Bianca Gonzalez-Intal, Robi Domingo, Melai Cantiveros-Francisco, and newcomer Kapuso, Gabbi Garcia.
Meanwhile, the right side, called ‘Ex-borders ni Kuya,’ was composed of ‘Teen Clash of 2010’ housemate Kazel Kinouchi, and ‘All In’ batchmates Fourth and Fifth Solomon, and Axel Torres.
The first round of the match saw ‘PBB’ host get the upper hand with 88 points, which ballooned to 177 points to zero after the second round.
But the winning streak ended in the third round, as the ex-housemates were able to get 94 points with a steal.
Although, they still did not come close to the hosts, as the latter won the fourth round and came out on top with 453 points.
For the ‘Fast Money’ jackpot round, Bianca and Melai played for their beneficiary, Angat Pinas, Inc., and after clinching a total of 233 points, the team won the prize money of Php 200,000.
The appearance of ‘Pinoy Big Brother’ personalities on ‘Family Feud’ happens two days before the premiere of the ‘Celebrity Collab’ edition on GMA on Sunday, March 9.
‘PBB Celebrity Collab’ is the 18th installment in the franchise and will see Star Magic artists and Sparkle talents live under one roof for a set period of time.
This is also being held in celebration of the show’s 20th anniversary this year, as well as the fourth joint project between ABS-CBN and GMA.
Moreover, this marks the return of the all-celebrity edition, which was held in 2007 and saw Ruben Gonzaga emerge as the Big Winner.
Aside from the four main hosts, Kim Chiu, Enchong Dee, Alexa Ilacad, and Mavy Legazpi are also part of the hosting team for this special season.
‘Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab’ premieres on Sunday, March 9 at 6:15 pm on GMA, Kapamilya Online Live, iWantTFC, and TFC for international viewers.
