The K-pop star headed to the ‘Queen City of the South’ for his special day.
During a broadcast of his Beomedio live last February 8, Korean idol Taehyun of the group Tomorrow X Together shared what he did to celebrate his recent 23rd birthday on February 5.
According to him, he traveled his way to Cebu, a province in central Philippines, and enjoyed the tropical island for a few days.
Taehyun shared that while he was in the country, he was able to do various activities, specifically water and leisure sports.
“I played beach volleyball and snorkeling,” he told during the show, adding that he got birthday greetings twice from people in the resort who recognized him.
Taehyun is part of Tomorrow X Together, a quintet that debuted in 2019 and is also composed of fellow members Yeonjun, Soobin, Beomgyu, and Huening Kai.
They are known for their songs ‘Crown,’ ‘Run Away,’ ‘Blue Hour,’ ‘I Know I Love You,’ ‘Loser=Lover,’ ‘Good Boy Gone Bad,’ and ‘Sugar Rush Ride.’
Last November 2024, they dropped the album ‘The Star Chapter: Sanctuary,’ before going on a “long-term break” starting last January.
They are scheduled to return to the limelight in March, in time for the start of their ‘Act: Promise Episode 2’ world tour.
