‘Tindeng’ gave her sweet message to ‘Tanggol.’
In an Instagram post, ABS-CBN company director and ‘FPJ’s Batang Quiapo’ star Charo Santos-Concio wrote her message dedicated to the entire team of the top-rating primetime series.
“What an honor it is to be part of FPJ’s Batang Quiapo for two incredible years. Our anniversary celebration was a beautiful reminder of how much this show means—not just to us, but to the fans who continue to support our stories,” Santos wrote.
She continued, “From the heroes’ welcome at the ELJ Building, to the storycon with my talented co-stars at the Dolphy Theater, every moment was full of energy and joy. With new characters joining us, Year 3 is bound to be even more exciting.”
‘Ma’am Charo’ also gave her shoutout to lead star, director, and producer Coco Martin, who she described as “a true total package as an actor, director, and producer whose dedication and generosity uplift everyone around him. His passion for storytelling and his giving heart continue to inspire us all.”
Launched in February 2023, ‘FPJ’s Batang Quiapo’ is the Philippines’ most-watched weekday television program and teleserye.
Recently, it achieved a new record of over 803,000 live concurrent views on Kapamilya Online Live for its January 23, 2025 episode.
Some of the industry’s biggest names and icons like Celia Rodriguez, Dante Rivero, Albert Martinez, Chanda Romero, Michael De Mesa, Juan Rodrigo, Shamaine Buencamino, and Angel Aquino are set to join the show for its new chapter.
