The pageant was held last weekend.

In the second edition of the Miss Charm pageant, held in Vietnam, the Philippines was represented by reigning national titleholder Kayla Carter.

She competed against 35 other delegates from other countries, and made the first cut to make it to the Top 20 of the competition.

However, she later failed to advance in the Top 10, effectively ending her stint at the 2024 edition of the new pageant.

In her first Instagram post since the coronation night, Carter wrote an inspiring quote, which read: “Survived too many storms to be bothered by raindrops.”

Eventually, the conveted Miss Charm 2024 crown went to Malaysia’s Rashmita Rasindran.

Kayla Carter was selected the country’s Miss Charm representative after now-Miss World Philippines 2024 Krishnah Gravidez relinquished her throne to pursue the other pageant.
