The news was delivered by the business district’s management.
Through a Facebook post, the Bonifacio Global City announced the closure of The Fort Strip, which is located along 7th Avenue, on January 1, 2025.
BGC’s capation for the post read, “This is goodbye for now but not forever. We’ll be back. Better than you remember, and better than you can imagine.”
“Until we close up on Jan 1, feel free to hang out at The Strip like you’ve always done! We’ll see you there,” it added.
The social media post comes weeks after one of the Strip’s tenants, Nectar Bar, shared to its customers the news about the winding down of its operations in its BGC location on December 31, 2024.
Establishments like Prince of Jaipur and Embassy also had their spots at The Fort Strip.
BGC has not yet revealed its plans for the plot of land that the strip currently occupies.
