Agencies deny dating rumors between ENHYPEN’s Jungwon, aespa’s Winter

Rumors concerning K-pop stars Jungwon of ENHYPEN and Winter of aespa began floating on social networking sites on Wednesday, December 11.

According to these reports, they were allegedly spotted hanging out together at a bar in Seoul, triggering speculations about a brewing romantic bond between the two.

But in a statement issued by SM Entertainment, Winter’s agency, they called the allegations as “groundless” and explained that the individual spreading the false information to be asking for monetary gain from the agency.

Meanwhile, BELIFT Lab, home to Jungwon, echoed the same sentiment, saying that the rumors are not true and “will take strong action against any acts that infringe on the privacy of our artists…”

ENHYPEN made their official debut in November 2020 and released songs like ‘Given-Taken,’ ‘Drunk-Dazed,’ ‘Tamed-Dashed,’ ‘Blessed-Cursed,’ ‘Future Perfect (Pass The Mic),’ ‘Polaroid Love,’ ‘Bite Me,’ and ‘Sweet Venom.’

Last December 6, the group visited the country for the third time this year for their fan meeting event titled ‘Des7ined’ at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.

aespa made their debut in 2020 through the hit single ‘Black Mamba,’ and went on to add to their discography the popular K-pop tracks like ‘Next Level,’ ‘Savage,’ ‘Girls,’ ‘Spicy,’ ‘Drama,’ ‘Supernova,’ and most-recently, ‘Whiplash.’

In April 2023, the group visited the Philippines for the first time to particpate in a joint concert with fellow Korean artists Taeyeon of Girls’ Generation and the 11-member boy band THE BOYZ.
