K-pop group TWICE to perform with British band Coldplay in Seoul

In a social media announcement, Korean pop girl group TWICE shared the big news that they will be performing with globally-renowned rock band Coldplay next year.

It read: “We’re thrilled to perform as the special guest for the one and only [Coldplay’s] Music Of The Spheres World Tour!”

The nine-member female group also teased a joint performance, telling fans to “[get] excited for that TWICE X Coldplay synergy as well as amazing visuals and performances.”

The two teams will share the stage during the six-night concert of the British band in Seoul, South Korea as part of their ongoing ‘Music of the Spheres’ world tour — the same tour that they brought to the Philippines last January.

The Coldplay × TWICE performance is the second big collaboration of the K-pop group to be revealed this week.

The other was the confirmation that they will be teaming up with American rapper-songwriter Megan Thee Stallion for their upcoming title track ‘Strategy,’ which will be released as part of the namesake album on December 6, 2024.
