The drag queen from the Philippines will compete with contestants from other countries.
In a social media post, the official account of reality competition format ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’ revealed the participants for its new spin-off show, ‘Global All-Stars.’
Part of the 12 contenders announced for the inaugural program is ‘Drag Race Philippines’ season 1 third placer, Eva Le Queen.
She is set to go against representatives of other ‘Drag Race’ franchises from all over the world, with the likes of USA’s Alyssa Edwards, France’s Soa De Muse, and Italy’s Nehellenia also in the running for the first ‘Global All-Stars’ title.
Eva Le Queen will be the second ‘Drag Race Philippines’ alum to join the format’s international spin-offs.
Earlier this year, her fellow season 1 contestant and runner-up Marina Summers became a finalist in the ‘Drag Race UK vs. The World’ program that was produced in the United Kingdom.
Meanwhile, according to the show producers, ‘Drag Race Global All-Stars’ will begin streaming in the United States via Paramount Plus on August 16, 2024.
It is unknown at the moment whether the show will become available in the Philippines.
