Exo member D.O. adds second day to ‘Bloom’ concert in Manila

On Wednesday, June 26, organizers of the upcoming solo Manila fan-concert of Exo member Do Kyung Soo, also known as D.O., revealed new details regarding the event.

Titled ‘Bloom,’ the concert will now have a second night, as the tickets for the first night have already sold out in early June.

The 31-year-old will now be staging the said fan-con in the Philippines on August 31 and September 1, 2024 at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.

Prices for the passes (exclusive of ticketing charges) range from Php 4,000 in the Upper Box Regular section up to Php 13,000 in the VIP Seated area.

  • Upper Box Regular: Php 4,000
  • Upper Box Premium: Php 5,500
  • Lower Box Regular: Php 9,000
  • Lower Box Premium: Php 11,000
  • VIP Seated: Php 13,000

The sale of tickets for the second night will begin on July 13, 2024 at 12:00 noon via TicketNet outlets and website.

D.O. had kicked the tour off in Seoul last June 8 and 9, followed by a show in Taipei last June 22.

Aside from Manila, he has yet to make a stop in multiple cities, including Hong Kong, Jakarta, Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, and Singapore.

Kyung Soo entered the music industry back in 2012 after becoming one of the 12 members to debut as part of the boy group EXO.

While continuing to be a part of the team, he went on to become a soloist after launching his mini album ‘Empathy’ back in 2021.

In 2023, he released his sophomore mini album ‘Expectation.’

DO is also active as an actor, and has starred in multiple TV series and films, including ‘100 Days My Prince,’ ‘My Annoying Brother,’ ‘Along With The Gods,’ ‘Bad Prosecutor,’ and ‘The Moon.’

The upcoming event will mark D.O.’s first time in Manila after almost six years.

His last visit to the country was back in 2018 when EXO held their ‘ElyXiOn’ concert in the Philippines.
