The film has been released in Philippine cinemas.
On Wednesday, April 17, ‘Under Parallel Skies’ — the first on-screen team-up between Thai actor Win Metawin and Filipina actress Janella Salvador — officially began its theatrical run in the Philippines.
Prior to that, on Tuesday evening, a premiere night for the film took place at the SM Megamall in Mandaluyong City.
The event was attended by the movie’s lead stars, as well as other celebrities and notable people in local showbusiness.
‘Under Parallel Skies’ is directed by Sigrid Bernardo, and is a production of 28 Squared Studios and Two Infinity Entertainment.
The film was shot for a month in Hong Kong starting in June 2023.
Last March, ‘UPS’ had its world premiere at the Asia Film Awards in the same city.
Aside from the Philippines, the romantic movie will also be brought to Singapore on May 1 and to Win’s home country Thailand on May 9, 2024.
