DonBelle becomes first love team ‘Star Patrollers’ on ‘TV Patrol’

The “new gen love team” made a new record in the Monday edition of the newscast.

On March 11, ABS-CBN’s flagship newscast ‘TV Patrol’ invited Kapamilya stars Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano as celebrity guest ‘Star Patrollers’ for the night.

The duo were at helm of the ‘Star Patrol’ showbiz news segment, where they reported Monday’s biggest entertainment stories like the Academy Awards and Jaclyn Jose’s internment.

Donny also stood solo when he reported on the ‘Sports Patrol’ segment.

With their appearance, Donny and Belle became the first-ever love team to report as a tandem on the newscast.

Aside from their new feat, DonBelle also recently made a mark for themselves when they received their individual stars at the Eastwood Walk of Fame in Quezon City.

They are currently seen in the ongoing Kapamikya primetime series ‘Can’t Buy Me Love,’ which is now down to its last 38 episodes on the air.
