The event is currently taking place in Quezon City.
On Saturday, February 10, a pre-Valentine’s Day concert treats Filipino fans to the music and presence of Thai bands Tilly Birds and Three Man Down, duo TALE, solo singer Boy Sompob, and actor Boss Chaikamon.
Titled ‘LUVCON 2024,’ the event happens at the SM North EDSA Skydome in Quezon City.
The concert marks the return of Tilly Birds and Boss Chaikamon to Manila, months after holding separate events in the country on September and October, respectively.
Duo TALE, who started the show as the first act, debuted in 2019 as Ampersand, before shifting to their current name in 2021.
They have dropped singles like ‘Stand By’ and ‘Are You Ready?’ these past few years.
Tilly Birds, which was formed in 2011, is known for their songs like ‘Same Page?’ and ‘Just Being Friendly,’ which each music video having more than 200 million views on YouTube.
Three Man Down, meanwhile, is a pop-rock band that has been in the Thai music scene since 2016. In the past years, they have released hit singles like ‘City,’ ‘Bad Guesser,’ and ‘If You Really Love Me.’
Singer Boy Sompob, who is part of the band Catchy, carved his path as a soloist and became part of the official soundtracks for drama series like ‘Love Sick The Series,’ and ‘Until We Meet Again,’ among many others.
Last, but not the least, is actor Boss Chaikamon, who gained popularity after portraying the role Payu in the series ‘Love in the Air’ and its subsequent installments.
This year, he is set to star in ‘Vampire Project’ and ‘Zomvivor.’
