Ed Sheeran to stage ‘Mathematics’ tour in Manila in March 2024

The singer-songwriter is set to make a comeback to Manila next year.

Last week, a local production company announced that British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran will be staging his ongoing “+ – = ÷ ×” or ‘Mathematics’ tour in Manila. The said concert will take place at the SMDC Concert Grounds in Parañaque City on March 9, 2024.

Fellow singer-songwriter Callum Scott has also been named special guest in the Manila concert.

On Tuesday, local organizers also shared online the official list of prices and the detailed seat plan for ‘Mathematics’ in Manila.

Do note that these prices are already inclusive of the charges and are as follows:

• Category 7 (Standing): Php 3,500
• Category 6 (Standing): Php 6,500
• Category 5 (Free Seating): Php 11,500
• Category 4 (Reserved Seating): Php 14,500
• Category 3 (Reserved Seating): Php 16,500
• Category 2 (Reserved Seating): Php 18,500
• Category 1 (Reserved Seating): Php 20,500

Along with that, the company also announced that the tickets will go on sale on Thursday, October 26, at 12:00 noon.

The upcoming concert in Parañaque will be Ed Sheeran’s first in the Philippines after 5 years. His last visit to the country was in 2018, when he performed in Pasay City as part of his ‘Divide’ tour that year.

Sheeran is known for his hits like ‘Thinking Out Loud,’ ‘Shape of You,’ ‘Photographs,’ ‘Perfect,’ among many other songs. Last September, he released his latest album titled ‘Autumn Variations,’ which peaked at number 4 in the Billboard 200 chart.
